hoomd.hpmc.pairΒΆ

Pair Potentials for Monte Carlo.

Define \(U_{\mathrm{pair},ij}\) for use with hoomd.hpmc.integrate.HPMCIntegrator. Assign a pair potential instance to hpmc.integrate.HPMCIntegrator.pair_potential to activate the potential.
